By creating an account on Credstree you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You are solely responsible for all content you publish on your CV/portfolio page. You agree that you will not upload, display, or link to:

Credstree offers monthly and annual subscription plans. All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, which handles VAT and applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
Refund Policy — 14-Day Guarantee: You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal, no questions asked. To request a refund, visit your dashboard Billing page and click "Cancel & Request Full Refund", or email us at support@credstree.app with your order details.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider. After the 14-day window has passed, no partial or full refunds are issued for the remaining subscription period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section in your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Failure to renew will result in your account being downgraded to the Essential tier.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
Essential plan CVs include a "Built with Credstree" watermark at the bottom of the page. Removing or obscuring this watermark through any technical means is a violation of these terms and will result in account suspension.
Credstree is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
